Recently Kalyan-nagar has been on top of my list when ever I decide to eat out. It is a decent locality with lot of options. Azzure was one of my picks for a dinner night on a Christmas week.
At first we drove past the cafe, it was pitch dark. Turns out they were out of electricity for a while.Once electricity was up, not to be amazed they were all lit up and glittering for Christmas.
To note, they have a limited private parking space though. A small gateway leads to ample amount of indoor and outdoor seating, rooftop included. Themed with immaculate white and blue, should be quite soothing on a Sunday afternoon as far as I can imagine.
Seating arrangement is pulled off perfectly adding some high stool options along with the conventional. We chose the rooftop and were led by a swirling stairway.
Driven by a continental menu with steak, pasta, burger etc, they also happen to have a menu for flavored hookahs.
What we ordered: Some quaint classic cheese nachos to eke time by until the main course arrived. Generous on cheese and salsa dip there.
Cheesy baked chicken: Perfectly cooked and dressed with creamy cheese was actually quite delightful. Served with garlic bread.
Mushroom Stroganoff : Sliced delicate mushrooms dressed 
with espagnole sauce, although not darker in color as expected stood out for the vegetarian on the table.
Creamy Pesto Pasta: You cannot go wrong with this one. This is the classic pasta with pesto sauce rightly cooked leaves you with essence of basil. Accompanied with garlic bread to make 
sure you do not leave behind anything on the plate.
Affable and genial service also made sure our needs are catered, including some minor tweaks to the sides that we requested. Only quibble with our table was delayed service for regular drinking water 😐 😀 .
Certainly a place to check out when in locality and looking for something in continental.
